Tutoring Request Form
The CAMP program offers one-on-one tutoring services for its students. Should you need assistance with any of your courses, complete the form below by Friday before 12:00 p.m. for tutoring for the upcoming week. Provide as many options as possible. Once your request is received you will be contacted to confirm your tutoring session.

Once the tutoring session is scheduled you are expected to attend your session and show up on time. If you are unable to attend you must contact Erika Madrigal at least 24 hours before your session to cancel or reschedule your session.

Note: Each session will be scheduled for one hour. The tutoring session will take place at the HEP/CAMP Office, Lab B.
