Students currently in grades 6-11 will be allowed to keep their school-assigned Chromebook during the summer of 2022.  If families need to ask the district to store the Chromebook for them, this form must be completed and devices given to the district during specific times in each secondary building on May 26 and 27.  Please ensure all associated parts are with the Chromebook (charger and bag/sleeve).  Any missing parts will be noted.

The district cannot accept equipment returned without this form being completed.
