Discount Card Order Form
Aston Elementary School's PTL is selling Discount Cards with offers from area businesses valid from April 2021 - March 2022. The cards can be used over and over again!! The cost is $15/card. Please use this order form to pre-order your cards.  

Order for you, family members, local coworkers, and friends so they can get great discounts too!

100% of the card sales will go to support the needs of the Aston Elementary School Students.  

Cards will be distributed at the end of March.
