This is the application used for all NEW and RETURNING volunteers for our Respite Season programs.
THIS APPLICATION IS NOT INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN OUR SUMMER 2020 PROGRAM. Please go directly to our website (www.campcamp.org) to apply for Summer positions.

Volunteers that are completing this application for the first time this season are required to complete the ENTIRE form.  

If you have previously filled in this application and have returned to indicate additional dates, the application will automatically prompt you to the end. This includes:  those who have already attended events during the 2019-2020 season (i.e..paid staff, volunteers and health care volunteers for the 2019-2020 respite club season)

Please keep in mind that we accept CAMPers based on the amount of volunteers and staff we have that are 100% committed to attending.  Please know that last minute cancellations and no shows have a negative effect on the camper experience and the program.
