Join our online Mindfulness Practice session every Friday 1pm -1.30pm, ongoing till 30 June 2023.

Session Timing:

*Note: Once you've signed up for the event, you can join any session on any Friday.

Session Structure:
5-minute Brief Introduction
15-minute Mindfulness Practice (practice may vary)
10-minute Group Sharing & Discussion

What to prepare:
- Audio & Video-enabled computer/laptop/phone
- Zoom software (free to download here: https://www.zoom.us/download)
- Wifi connection
- Earpiece with mic
- A quiet space preferably
