Rent Our Event Space
Please complete this form to rent the Si Studios event space located inside The Business Coworking Lounge!

This space is 3,000 sf and can hold 75 people standing and 50 people sitting. We only have 5 tables & 20 chairs and others tables and chairs will have to be outsourced.

(BUT DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS WE CAN ONLY ALLOW A MAX OF 25 PEOPLE AT ONE TIME)

Workshops
Presentations
 Baby Showers


We want you to have the best experience possible so please read our FAQ's

1. Is there audio provided in the space?

NO, but you can bring your own speaker.

2. Can I bring food?

Yes, but there are no open flames or hotplates allowed and we do not have a kitchen sink.

3. Can I bring wine or alcohol?

Currently we do not have a liquor license so no liquor or wine will be allowed.

4. Can I receive a refund if I cancel my booking?

only if you cancel 3 weeks prior to your event date. No refunds will be issued for cancelled bookings.

5. How do I cancel or reschedule my booking?

6. How do I get a key?

We are a keyless building, you will receive a key code to enter & exit the building.

7.What is your business Hours?

The Business Coworking Lounge regular business hours are weekdays 9:30AM to 5PM. Any booking outside of this time are considered after hours bookings. And therefore, you will receive a key code.

8. Can men come to The Business Coworking Lounge?

Yes

9. What happens if we break something in the space?

Renters agree to pay for any damages caused here at the business Coworking lounge, its equipment and property as a result of meetings or events.

10. Are kids allowed?

Yes, we are a kid friendly space, but you are 100% responsible for watching your own children, unfortunately this is not a child care center.
