Please read carefully the following terms and conditions: I understand that this opportunity to represent my business/organization is on a voluntary basis. I am not endorsed by Declare Ministries, nor do I endorse Declare Ministries, through participation as a vendor at this event. I understand this is a Christian Women's conference. Only female representatives of my business/organization will be present and will conduct themselves in a Christ-honoring way. My business/organization is fully licensed/insured/accredited to provide services or do business at the PAUSE event, as required by the City of Bloomington, Hennepin County, and/or the State of Minnesota. I will not hold Declare Ministries, nor any PAUSE event participant, liable for any accidents, injuries, thefts, damages, illnesses, or harm- real or imagined- in connection with my participation and/or representation at the PAUSE event. If, for any reason, my business cannot attend the PAUSE retreat, I understand my registration fee(s) will not be returned. If I fail to arrive by 3pm for setup on Friday, February 4, 2022, I may not have adequate vendor space/layout/materials. If I fail to arrive by Saturday, February 5th at 9am, I forfeit my vendor registration in full. Kristin Keeney will be my Declare Ministries/"PAUSE" vendor contact throughout this event. If my business/organization and/or representatives do not follow the agreement as listed here, I/we may be asked to leave the event immediately and will not be refunded registration fee(s.) Any damages, cleaning, storage or shipping fees assessed to my business/organization will be paid in full within 30 days to Embassy Suites or Declare Ministries. *
