Apart from ceremonial cacao, this will be a sober event. We also ask you to not wear chemical parfumes / deodorants or any other strong smell. Do you commit to this for the duration of the whole immersion? *

We will have a chef who will cook vegan/vegetarian delicious food for us. Do you have any ALLERGIES or INTOLERANCE other than that? (If you are intolerant to gluten, please state if you are sensitive or if you have the coeliac disease) *
We usually serve oat and rice milk. Do you need cow milk for your tea / coffee? *
Accommodation will be between 140-180€ depending on your choice of accommodation.  For now please let us know what you prefer and we'll do our best to honor your wishes (first come, first serve regarding double rooms - no guarantee though). The rooms are booked by yourself directly with the venue. We will send you an email when the booking system is open. *

Liability Agreement: By registering and paying your deposit you agree that you are taking part in this event on your own risk and acknowledge that the facilitator(s) are not liable in any way for your physical well being. 
By registering and paying your deposit you agree to the following Cancellation and Payment Policies:
I commit to bringing the outstanding balance for the costs of food and accomodation in cash upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Up to 1 month before event: 50% of the event fee has to be paid
Up to 2 weeks before event:  75% of the event fee has to be paid
Less than 2 weeks before event: 100% of the event fee has to be paid

If there are people on the waiting list and someone takes over your spot after cancelling we take an administration fee of 150€ and the rest will be refunded. Registration closes two days before we start the immersion - after that no more change to your booking or cancellation is possible.
