I understand that if my child is selected for this choir there is a $150 tuition fee per child. 1/2 due Oct. 10, Last 1/2 due Jan. 30. *Scholarships Available in cases of financial need*

I understand that my child's commitment to attend all practices and performances is vital, and that if my child has more than 3 unexcused absences he/she may be removed from the choir without a refund. Rehearsals are Tuesdays from 3:30-5:15pm.
