Format Changes for 2024

  • All Inspections are scheduled to be completed on Friday, avoiding overlap with racing events which pull resources away from the inspections.

  • All drivers are expected to take a minimum of 1 Safety/Practice run down the hill per car.

  • Inspections will open at 8 am on Friday.  Please note that we have set times where each division must be in line by to ensure they all flow through inspections with adequate time for Safety/Practice runs and to allow us to complete inspections within the designated time frame.

  • There will not be qualifiers this year.  If you are registered, you are racing in the National Championship race.  We have split the race events up across multiple days.

  • We have brought back the Awards Banquet versus just an Awards Ceremony.  It will be held Sunday evening.  We hope all are willing to stay, enjoy some time together and celebrate our Champions.

  • Monday, Labor Day will be a travel day

  • The City of South Charleston and the South Charleston Soap Box Derby have planned for access to numerous facilities and activities for off-track family fun.  We hope you will enjoy the area and enjoy family time on and off the track.

Registration Instructions

Please submit one registration per driver and check all Divisions the driver is expected to race in.  If anything changes, please email ndrallies@gmail.com to provide any updates.  


For Stock, Super Stock, and Masters, a driver may only participate in 1 of these divisions.

Any age-eligible drivers may participate in either, or both, the Wrap and Legacy divisions, even if they are racing in a Stock, Super Stock, or Masters division.  If only participating in the Wrap or Legacy divisions, then choose None for the primary race division.

If you have a Novice driver (Ages 5 & 6), please register them for the event as well so they can receive the driver gifts and we know who to expect.  There is no cost for Novice drivers.
