If you are a missionary or a Christian worker serving in global outreach and seeking support, begin by completing this form. This completed form acts as the official request for both prayer and financial support. Please note that the "request" review period begins in September and each request is prayerfully considered by an Advisory Panel. This Advisory Panel meets quarterly to consider new requests. Funding for these requests are dispersed on the same schedule until all allocated funds are designated. Historically, most funds are dispersed by the midpoint of the fiscal year (February). A member of Outreach staff will contact you once a decision has been rendered regarding your request. Thank you for serving in global Christian outreach and missions!
