KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2020 - Virtual Co-Location Request
Please tell us a bit more about the co-located event you would like to host at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2020 - Virtual on Tuesday, November 17, 2020!  (If you intend on hosting multiple events, you are required to submit a response for each event request.)

NOTE: Packages and policies have been updated for North America 2020, so please be sure to read the Prospectus and Co-Located Best Practices + Event Guide thoroughly, as we will not be able to accommodate changes to the package type once the contract is signed.

For 2020, we are offering two packages.  Due to limited space, custom packages will not be available within the conference platform.  You are welcome to find a different platform and request promotion of your event for a flat fee of $6,000 (see Package B in the above Prospectus).

The packages for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2020 - Virtual are:

Package A - Up to 5 hours of content with a maximum of 10 sessions - $27,000
Package B - Cross-promotion of an event hosted on an external platform - $6,000

Package A includes:

- Pre-recorded Sessions* + (optional) Live Q+A
- Unlimited Speakers: Single, co-speakers, or panels
- Unlimited Registrations: No capacity constraints
- Lead Generation: Contact information of registered attendees (including first name, last name, company, title, and email address)
- Theater Branding
- (1) Slack Channel During Event
- Platform Project Management
- Event Configuration + Testing
- Front Line Support
- Event Management Services
- Marketing + Promotion
- Featured Placement on KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Website and Registration Form
- Managed Event Registration + Fee Collection (less 3.5% credit card processing fees)

*Independent recording strongly suggested

Package B Includes:
- Marketing + Promotion
- Featured Placement on KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Website and Registration Form
- (Optional) Managed Event Registration + Fee Collection (less 3.5% credit card processing fees)

Please complete the below request form for all event requests (including package B).  Priority will be given to Diamond and then Platinum sponsors who submit a request by Monday, September 21 at 5:00 PM CT.  Contracts will go out to Diamond sponsors shortly thereafter.  Contracts for the remaining requests will be sent in the order submissions were received in the space request form.  Space will not be reserved beyond the priority deadline; executed contracts will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out.

NOTE: All contracts must be fully executed and returned by the deadlines stipulated below. Late requests/contracts will not be accepted.

Package A deadline for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2020 - Virtual is Wednesday, September 30 if not sold out prior.

Package B cross-promotion deadline for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2020 -
Virtual is Wednesday, September 30.
