Instructions:
After submitting the form below, you will be contacted (after January 31) about the person whose name was picked randomly for you to deliver a Valentine’s card (with a personal note and a verse) and a small gift (under $10).  
Some suggestions would be chocolate, candy, mug, fuzzy socks, stationery, a candle, note cards/pen, a live indoor plant, cute kitchen towel, coffee/tea, lotion, homemade jam/jelly, baked goods.  Feel free to get creative and make the card and/or gift! Remember to sign your name and include your address and phone number on the card somewhere.  
You can deliver the card/gift between February 10 and February 14.  It’s best to leave the items in a secure spot on their porch.  Don’t forget to express appreciation to your own card/gift giver!  That helps us connect that much more.  Our desire is for us to share love and be connected with each other.  If you’re interested in doing an additional card/gift for a shut-in (they won’t be doing the exchange), let me know and I can give you a name and address.
