Year 5-8 Orienteering Camp 2022 Entry Form
Camp 1pm Saturday 17th December  to 2pm Tuesday 20th December. Please use this form only for children who will take part in the camp. A separate form for adults who will stay or help with the camp will be sent out to those who register. We would like to have a one to five ratio of adults to children in attendance, and all children attending should have an accompanying adult who is responsible for them (this can be a friend's parent etc)
