ECEC New Family 22-23 Enrollment Application
Please complete this application for the 2021-2022 School Year enrollment. Once you have submitted your application your child will automatically be placed on a waiting list for placement. Processing of applications is anticipated to take up to 10 business days. After your application has been processed you will receive a Contract Agreement that must be signed and returned to the ECEC Office along with the $250.00 enrollment fee and all required enrollment paperwork.  Spaces are not confirmed until contract, payment, and enrollment paperwork are received. 5 day enrollment takes priority.

** THE ECEC WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR COVID-19 POLICIES UNDER GUIDANCE FROM THE UNIVERSITY, MICHIGAN LICENSING, AND THE CDC AND MAKE MODIFICATIONS AS NECESSARY FOR EVERYONES MUTUAL SAFETY AND WELLBEING.

Once your application is processed, a Contract Agreement will be generated and emailed to you along with all the required enrollment paperwork.  Please verify that the information is correct, review & sign the document and return the Contract Agreement, enrollment fee payment, and required enrollment forms to the ECEC Front Desk to confirm your child's enrollment for the 2022-2023 school year.
