Be the Bridge Study Application
Be the Bridge is a curriculum-based small group where members of the Wesley body can meet to engage with, learn about and discuss race in our culture through the lens of Christ. Be the Bridge groups are for people of all races and ethnicities; in this study you will meet regularly with others of various racial and ethnic backgrounds to engage in conversations about race, justice, and reconciliation. These conversations can be heavy and hard at times, but they are worth every bit of it and bring connection to people in a significant way.

A few things to note:
- The time commitment involved will be the meeting time plus about 30 minutes of prep/reflective work outside of that meeting time. Different meeting time options will be given on part two of the application, but there is a semester-long option and an option that will begin this semester and end in the spring.
- Depending on how many people apply, we might have to put some people on a waitlist. BTB groups have to be strategically formed to create groups with a diversity of ethnic backgrounds and experiences, so a lot of factors go into placing people into a group.
- Each person must supply their own copy of the book "Be the Bridge" by Latasha Morrison. If this will be an issue, please reach out to Hannah Cole (whose information is listed below).
