Menstrual Cycle Alignment by Design is my signature one-to-one 12-week menstrual cycle alignment consulting and spiritual embodiment life coaching program for heart-centred soulpreneurs who are motivated to maximise their magic and deepen their relationship with their body’s wisdom through the power of their menstrual cycles - in sync and alignment with their human design. A strategic and intuitive energetic attunement journey to activate your purpose, lead you back to the inherent inner guidance of your powerful monthly cycle, create harmony in your hormones, and integrate expansive, embodied cycle-led mindset shifts, behaviours and practices aligned to your energetic design.
