The Muscogee (Creek) Nation High School Senior Honor Cord Program is an initiative to honor all graduating high school seniors for their persistence and dedication to successfully complete their secondary school goals. All eligible students will receive a graduation cord to wear during graduation and to keep as a token of their accomplishments.

To receive an honor cord, please review the eligibility requirements and complete the following form. Incomplete forms will not be considered.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

1. The student must be an enrolled citizen of The Muscogee Creek Nation.
2. The student must be graduating high school within the 2021-2022 school year.
3. Students may apply/receive one (1) high school senior honor cord. Multiple applications for the same student will be dismissed.
4. Please allow adequate time for your application to be processed and mailed. The Education Department does not guarantee that the cord will be received by the graduation date.
*Honor cords will be mailed out in the order received and will NOT be expedited for delivery.
**We encourage students to be mindful of and adhere to their school graduation requirements.
