This form will help us direct Elkhart County 4-H members to a list of approved adult volunteers who are willing to provide project expertise for 4-H'ers completing their 4-H projects. Please select any projects in which you have experience and are able to guide and advise youth on completing their 4-H projects. Any contact information provided may be made available to 4-H youth and families, so only provide the information that you are comfortable sharing.
