As a Volunteer, you agree to the following guidelines: (please initial the following) ...

Please choose which hours you'd be available for below. Schedule may change depending on amount of volunteers. If you sign up for the 3p-6p option please be able to wear something related to the tea party or Christmas. *

9am - 12pm (includes but not limited to: setting up decorations, food tables, photo booth area,, etc)

1pm - 4pm (includes but not limited to: signing guests in, setting up remaining decor, food tables setup, etc)

3pm - 6pm (includes but not limited to: signing guests in, setting up remaining decor, food tables setup, assist w counting votes etc)

6pm - 8pm (includes but not limited to: cleaning up throughout event, removing decorations after tea party)

Please do not bring anyone with you that isn't a volunteer or paid guest of the tea party while you're volunteering. Thank you for understanding. *

Please be courteous enough to let me know you will not be able to volunteer if plans change. *

Most communication will be sent via email. Please be on the lookout once you sign up. *
