Booth assignments will be finalized and reported to vendors prior to the event  at Backporch Vineyard. Booth assignments will be made by Heart of Virginia Artisans and will be based on product offerings.

 If approved, your booth fee will be due within 48 hours to reserve your space!

Please let us know if you have accessibility requirements that need to be considered!

12'  x 12'  Outdoor Booth Space **You will have to drop off and move to vendor parking**
