Residential advisors (RAs) and Committee members will be one of the most critical components in shaping the Hira Intensive experience. By bringing your own strengths and skills to the table, MYNA relies on RAs/committee to maintain an open, safe, and conducive environment that is essential for educational and spiritual growth. RAs will be responsible to act as mentors for students to help them think out loud, provide advice, and guide them in the right direction to help each individual grow in their own way and as a community of young Muslim leaders.
