This is the registration form for 5th/6th and 7th/8th Grade Coed Flag Football.  All forms must be submitted through this Google form, by Wednesday, August 25th at 4 pm.  This form allows you to sign up two siblings if necessary.  The cost will be $75, but more information about payment will come out later because we are going to try to have an online payment option.

Games are on Saturdays on 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9 and 10/16 (playoffs) with game time possibilities of 1 pm, 2 pm, or 3 pm.  The field is at the corner of Maple and Patterson Avenue.
