International Fair : Volunteer Signup
Thank you for volunteering to help bring the 1st International Fair to Guadalupe community.

It will happen on October 13th, 2023 at Guadalupe from 4:30pm-6:30pm.

The objective of this year’s international fair is to bring all the kids and adults on a TOUR AROUND THE WORLD, and get some inspiration for their next vacation destination.

We will connect all the volunteers to the booth that they signup for. Every volunteer group would have total freedom of how they like to setup their booth, showcasing unique info, artifacts, food sampling and even live performance of singing or dancing.

A few idea on what to showcase:
- flag.
- an infographic or list of fun facts about the country on tri-fold board or monitor screen/tablet.
- the country’s currency.
- artifacts & craft.
- set up simple trivia/game for kids to win some small toy.
- food or drink sampling. (Please list the main ingredient and keep all food and drink nut-free.)
- performance by kids and/or adults are very welcome. It can be dancing, singing, playing musical instrument, acting, or even a fashion show of cultural attire.

Setup suggestion: Chairs will be provided; volunteer will bring own portable table and optional canopy tent. Setup would begin at 3:30pm.

Guidance and support, including a small budget would be given to each booth. So, please feel free to reach out to us at InternationalFair.GHSC@gmail.com
