Photo Release Form

At Leadership development camp, photographs and video may be taken and used for promotional purposes of both Leadership Development Camp and/or the United Church of Canada/Camping Ministries. In addition we will take a large group photo at the end of the camp to hand out to the campers. We will also post updates to our“Leadership Development Camp” Facebook & instagram pages along our journey.

On that note: Like our Facebook page (leadership development camp) and/or follow us on instagram (@leadership.development.camp) to get occasional notifications/updates!
