Black Butterfly Book Request Form: Harmful Politics of Race and Space in America
Prior to our annual Mattson-New York Times lecture on February 10th, to be delivered by Dr. Lawrence Brown, we are distributing 75 copies of his recent book: The Black Butterfly: The Harmful Politics of Race and Space in America (Johns Hopkins Press, 2021).  Books are available to members of the USM community (students, faculty, staff, alumni, etc.).  We ask that if you request a book that you also attend Dr. Brown's Zoom lecture (though if that's not possible--feel free to still request) *and* that you consider attending a post-lecture book discussion group (lunchtime Zoom, to be held on a few March dates--forthcoming).  Books are "first come, first served." We will notify folks when the books are distributed.

Required
Please provide your intercampus mail address here (which is the easiest way for us to send the books).  If you would rather do curbside pickup at Glickman Library, please indicate that below by simply stating "Glickman Curbside."  We have a limited capacity to mail books to one's home address, but if that is the only option for you, please add your home address, and we will send "Media Mail."   *
