Let's exercise!

We are pleased to have Nicol Pang (https://www.instagram.com/getfitwith_nicol/), who will lead us through stretches and exercises you can do right at home. Yes, you read that right, we've gone from "eating mooncakes" to "burning calories" this time.

Nicol was raised in Singapore and is a former accountant/data analyst turned full-time personal trainer and group fitness instructor who has been adapting to teach virtually during this pandemic. We are fortunate to have her on board to help you achieve your fitness goals in the first-ever SingaporeConnect online workout!

We hope the session will be energetic and interactive, stretch your limbs and maybe even get your heart rate pumping. Please wear comfortable exercise clothing, try set up your computer/phone where you have some space to follow along and exercise, and have water available! Of course, you're welcome to just sit back, relax, and watch, but we hope many of you will give it a go to join us for our first-ever online workout.

While you can jump straight to registering, we wonder if you can help detail how you've been approaching staying fit pre-pandemic and now. We will aggregate the results to share at the Forum, and we hope it will give everyone some useful info on the state of exercise (and hopefully not lack of) in our community. It will also be helpful for Nicol to understand a bit more about you as a group!
