Iowa Agricultural Education Annual Summer Conference Trade Show

Rules of the Shows:
- Vendors agree to maintain a kind, respectful and courteous event for every guest. Vendors agree to never to disparage, harass, bully, discriminate or treat any guest negatively ever, especially related to or stemming from race, creed, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other status.
- Agricultural Education is non-political. NO vendor is allowed to display, exhibit or promote any information, or materials which may be constituted as political.
- Agricultural Education is not affiliated with any religious beliefs. NO vendor is allowed to display, exhibit or promote any information or materials which may be constituted as religious.
- NO Sales - vendors agree that at these shows, they will not sell directly or offer for sale materials for participants at the show. Companies offering fund raising services or promotional items to chapters and members are allowed to attend the show to promote their organizations and display their products.
- NO Stickers - vendors are not allowed to give out any item that can be affixed to another item. In the past, when stickers have been at the show, stickers have been found across all of Scheman and Hilton - thus incurring significant cleaning expense for their removal.
Any vendor choosing to not abide by these rules may be asked to leave the event, banned from future events and/or subjected to additional fees.
Fee: $150 per booth
Each booth includes:
- (1) one 6'x8' booth space
- (1) 6' table (without cover or skirt)
- wireless internet
- standard electricity
- Opportunity for up to two exhibitors per booth to join us for lunch (additional available for purchase)
- Morning refreshments
Cancellation Policy
By submitting this registration, you/your organization are responsible for the registration fee. Refunds or cancellations of this pledge will be abide by the cancellation policy. In the event a booth must be cancelled for any reason the following applies:
- Cancellations prior to May 31 will receive a 100% refund
- Cancellations June 1st through June 10 will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations on or after June 11th (two weeks prior to the event) through the event will incur the full registration fee.
