Awareness at the Berlin Music Commission & Most Wanted: Music
Dear all,

Creating safer spaces is crucial, and that's what we want to work on. To get a feeling for past problems as well as the needs and wishes of all, we would appreciate your feedback. From these anonymous responses, we will begin to develop our Awareness Concept. The existing Code of Conduct will be revised again based on your answers and consulted expertise from Safe the Dance, and we will define specific courses of action and consequences in the event of incidents.

In the 1st section of the questionnaire you can express your general wishes and needs on the topic of Safer Spaces, in the 2nd section you have the opportunity to report incidents. Please feel free in what information you share with us and what you would like to let us know. We appreciate any information we can use in this process!

If you need further support, Safe the Dance is happy to offer a face-to-face meeting to talk about your experiences and to discuss further steps such as mediation, consequences under labor law, counseling, or similar.

Also, if you have any open questions, feedback on the survey or the process, feel free to contact  mirca@safethedance.de - all conversations and communications are confidential. Any content from this will only be shared if requested.
