Testimony for Traveler Testing and Quarantine
Resolution 20-253 will be discussed during the City Council meeting on Wednesday October 7, 2020 10am.  This is your opportunity to weigh in and voice your thoughts and whether you support, are neutral or against the resolution.

The resolution states that the Governor's 1 test no quarantine plan for travelers is dangerous and not enough to prevent a Covid spike that will affect public health and the local Hawaii economy.  Proposed is a 2 test plan with a 6-7 day quarantine in between the 2 tests.
