Women in Games Global Awards Project Manager Application Form
Women in Games is looking for an Awards Project Manager to manage the 2021 Global Awards. They will report to Awards Executive Producer and the Women in Games Executive Team, in the lead up to the Awards.
The awards go live on the 3rd June with the ceremony planned to take place on the 10th September. The role will be part-time, this role will involve 1-3 days a week over a 3 month period.

Responsibilities
To manage our award software, Awards Force, in the lead up to the awards. This will include:
Inputting the categories and judging criteria
Managing the call for nominations, removing ineligible or duplicate submissions
Creating and sending mailouts via Awards Force
Liaising with judges and managing the judging process
Compiling shortlists, and opening up categories for public votes
Generating winners lists for each award
Working with the WIGJ Marketing Manager to promote awards on Social Media
Liaising with Award sponsors and presenters
