Thanks for joining us for prayer over the last month. We understand that there are a lot of reasons people might not be able to join us for our Summit, so we wanted to create a way to get feedback using the same questions we will be processing together on the night of the Summit.

Please take some time to pray through and answer the questions on this Feedback form. We will be putting together some of the common threads and insights we gain from the Summit and this feedback form to help guide us as we continue to seek to be a people sent for the good of our city.
