“Service Provider” refers to Ng Jun Jie & Chun Wun Norman Cheung
“Client” refers to the individual entering into a client-coach relationship with any authorized agent of the service provider.
Liability Release
a.
The client hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless, the service providers for Project Genesis: Club Coaching from any and all manner of actions, causes of action, suits, proceeding, debts, dues, contracts, judgments, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity stemming from the agreement between the below mentioned parties.
b. The client expressly agrees that this release, waiver, and indemnity clause is intended to be as broad and inclusive, and if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
c. The client, have no known physical or mental condition that would impair my capability to participate fully, as intended or expected of me. If you know or are concerned that you have a medical condition which might interfere with you exercising safely, before you use our equipment and facilities you should get advice from a relevant medical professional and follow that advice.
d. The client, have carefully read the foregoing release and indemnification clause and understand the contents thereof.
e. The client, fully understand the risks of participating in physical activity and agree that the service provider shall not be held liable in the case of any training related injury or death.
In consideration of the above referenced release, the named parties have agreed to the following terms:
f. The client acknowledges before beginning, implementing, or using any and all of recommendations provided, that the client should consult a medical doctor.
g. The client acknowledges that the client is not authorised to disseminate, share, convey, or transfer any recommendation, either orally or written, provided by the coach without his express written consent.
h. It is the responsibility of the client to adhere to their plans and promptly inform the service providers if issues or concerns arise. You should make yourself aware of any rules and instructions. Exercise carries its own risks. You should not carry out any activities which you have been told are not suitable for you.
i. If, at any time, the client feels undue pain or excessive discomfort, the client must stop the activity and inform the service providers of your symptoms. The client is free to stop the activity at any time, although no refund is available under any circumstances
j. All relevant activities will be explained and/or demonstrated for the client wherever necessary but the client is encouraged to ask any questions about anything the client wishes. Any exercise programme inherently carries with it an element of risk.
k. The client assumes physical readiness prior to participating in exercise prescription during Project Genesis Club Coaching.
l. The client agrees to disclose information on changes in relevant physical health status that may influence the client’s physical exercise capabilities as the service provider may suggest whether it is appropriate to continue. This includes all medical conditions; physical and mental, injuries, allergies, and any medication the client is taking.
m. The services provided are strictly for lifetime drug free athletes. The client agrees to never be involved with performance enhancing drugs or utilise services from other relevant professionals that have been associated with performance enhancing drugs or have served a ban. Athletes may have illness or medical conditions that require them to use medication that may be in the WADA Prohibited List, if this is the case, the client must inform the service providers and apply for a Therapeutic Use Exemption.

n. We are committed to complying with data protection legislation in our handling of your personal data.
This Privacy Policy informs the clients about why and how we process your personal data including how we look after it and with whom we may or may not share it with.
o. ‘Personal data’ is any information that relates to a living, identifiable person. This data can include your name, contact details, and other information we gather as part of our relationship with you.
p. All personal data collected, stored and utilised only for the purpose of informing coaching practices.
The privacy of your information is important to us. We will not share your information with any other party.
r. We take reasonable steps to protect your information and treat your information with strict confidentiality.
All data is stored and secured with password encryption on internet cloud based storage.
s. The exemption from the above clauses is that we may use your training video footage with your permission to promote on social media platforms such as but not limited to Instagram and Facebook. The client reserves the right to keep all training footage that is sent privately. We may use your training footage for educational purposes when we show our presentation on the Weekly Video Calls
t. We are committed to protecting your personal data and we may anonymise your data for the purpose analysing performance for marketing purposes. We will ask for your written permission for managing your data if we were interested in using your data for other purposes not mentioned.
u. Weekly Video calls will be recorded for the purposes of allowing other members who have missed the live delivery to catch up. The recording of the Weekly Video Calls will be uploaded to an Unlisted YouTube link. These recordings MUST NOT under any circumstances be passed onto any parties of whom are not service users of Project Genesis.
Services Agreement
The service user must be of 16 years of age or over.
PAYMENTS: The client understands payment MUST precede the start date of the service. The Early Bird Sales price for the 1 year access will expire by the 27th September 2020. If an attempt to pay the Early Bird Sales price on or after this date, we will request the rest of the payment in order for your service access to be granted.

JunJie.Ng.01@gmail.comCANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: The client may cancel at any time by sending email to the service provider. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of receipt of payment. Afterwards, there are strictly no refunds once payment has been sent and/or the service has begun. Refunds will have to be executed with the same method payment.
COMPLAINTS: The service providers will treat all complaints seriously. If the client is having an issue or has a complaint, the client should email to the above emails.
