 Before proceeding please confirm that you have tried these troubleshooting options:

1. Ensure the iPad is connected to your home WiFi.
2. Ensure the iPad is connected with Global Protect app.
3. Ensure the iPad is connected to the HUB app.

3.  Basic troubleshooting - restart the ipad completely, close and reopen the app in question, reinstall the app in question. (https://www.apsva.us/digital-learning/digital-learning-device-help/troubleshooting-tips/)
