The studio has a camera with lighting, teleprompter and an available Green Screen. While the studio does have a memory card in the camera it is not always available for use. Please bring your own. The camera uses a High Speed SD card and will support up to SDXC cards. Editing and post production (this includes Green Screen/Chroma Key) is typically not available and is the responsibility of the content creator as well as access to appropriate editing software. (Contact ITS Purchasing for software Licensing). I can help if I am able to or offer recommendations.

A teleprompter with a remote is available to aid in recording. If you need to use this please let me know in the form and I will provide a powerpoint template that you can use. On the day of recording please bring this on a flash drive to load it into the computer or provide it to me ahead of time. 

If needed I will provide brief instructions on how to use the equipment and I can remain onsite if I am needed for additional support but I would recommend having someone available to operate the camera. If a separate camera operator is not available we can discuss this as well. If you have any questions please feel free to send me an email! Please give me up to 2 weeks to process this request. If requested time is less than 2 weeks away I might not be able to guarantee a reservation. I will reply back with a confirmation of a reservation for the studio or if we need to discuss alternative days. Until confirmation is received assume studio is not reserved for use.
