David Jonas Schröder, who is employed as a Ph.d. fellow at the Center for Corporate Governance at Copenhagen Business School and who holds a Master's degree in Finance and Strategic Management from CBS, will be speaking in this seminar. David's research focuses on ownership and sustainable corporate governance. Using econometric modeling on annual reports and financial statements of publicly listed companies, he investigates the relation between ownership identity and economic, social, and environmental performance.
He will talk about two papers: Foundation Ownership and Sustainability; and Corporate Payouts, ESG, and Short-termism.
