This course is designated for senior pathway completers that are on-track for graduation. By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have transportation and MUST NOT be on campus during the period scheduled (1st or 4th period). This includes sitting in unassigned teachers or coaches classrooms. I understand that if I do not have transportation or if I am seen on campus during that time, I will be scheduled into another 1st or 4th period period class.

If a senior is requesting Tools For College Success during both 1st and 2nd semester must have all credit recovery completed by December 2023, or they will be scheduled into a class.
