Come join me to experience the amazing, holistic, energy movement and healing gifts of Shiatsu. This workshop will share gentle movement exercises, approaches for self-care, acupressure points and connection through touch.
*No prior experience of Shiatsu or energy work is needed and the session will accessible for all levels of physical ability
*Please wear soft clothing, bring water and a blanket or two and cushion for relaxing.
(A yoga mat if you have one will also be helpful but not essential).
