The final registration date is 31.07.2020. The allotment for Suppliers in ONLINE (remote access) is estimated to be 40. It is recommended to register as soon as possible. Buyers volume is estimated to be around 40 - 45 which are online. Those are invited from all the continents, close to 30 different countries. At the moment there are 28 registered Buyers from 9 countries (20.05.2020).

No Pre or Post Tour hosting options for the Suppliers online.

Your data will be delivered as Suppliers'' Manual to Buyers attending at the both workshops. We are later on asking your logos for the Suppliers' Manual. This manual is delivered for all Buyers. Also you are going to get Buyers' Manual who are attending at the event online.

Timetable: 31.08.2020 - from 10.00 to 17.00 o'clock Finnish time. You can choose the most suitable timetable for you.

Cost of Summer Fun Finland Workshop participation as a Supplier - including Technical Support expense and hourly rate. We have put additional goal for minimum amount of online meetings/hour. If the minimum amount is not reached, the event organizer give more airing time free of charge until the minimum goal is reached.  Sample: If Supplier has bought two hours airing time, this gives for the Supplier minimum 4 meetings. If during the solid 2 hours time there have been 3 meetings only, the event organizer gives more airing time during the day where the Supplier can have additional 4th meeting with a potential Buyer. 1 hour OR minimum 2 meetings, 2 hours OR  min. 4 meetings,... 7 hours OR min. 14  meetings. If the minimum amount of meetings are not reached, the event organizer will pay back for each missed meeting 75 euros + VAT back to the Supplier.

Price range with two different prices:

Early Bird Price until 15.06.2020
Technical Support and Registration 90 euros + VAT 24 %, 1 company representative.
Hourly Fee 150 euros/hour + VAT 24 %, 1 company and 1 company representative
(Minimum 1 hour, maximum 7 hours)

Normal rates 16.06 - 31.07.2020
Technical Support and Registration 100 euros + VAT 24 %, 1 company representative.
Hourly Fee 160 euros/hour + VAT 24 %, 1 company and 1 company representative
(Minimum 1 hour, maximum 7 hours)

Price includes:
- workshop time from 10.00 to 17.00 o'clock Finnish time
- technical support for online meetings
- profile and marketing for foreign Buyers
- Buyers' Manual (in English) of all Buyers (online and offline)
- ToolBox personnel assistance

Suppliers Online can provide also prizes for foreign Buyers. In this case we prefer to have vouchers for example travel services, travel packages provided by the Supplier online. Vouchers are collected by email later in August.
