Welcome to Ontario Driving School (ODS); a trusted driving school in Windsor since 1978! We are proud to be the longest running driving school in the Windsor thanks to all of our loyal customers and the many people that have been referred to us over all of these years.
Our Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) certified course typically runs during 2 consecutive weekends for a total of 4 classes.
Each day runs from 9:00 am - 2:30 pm (with a 30 minute break)
*If you miss any of the days, you can make up for that day in a different course. You have up to 1 year to complete the course.

- A total of 30 hours of in-class instructor led training and homework material (approximately 10 hours) to ensure you understand all of the rules of the road
- 10 hours of private in-car lessons with one of our experienced and certified instructors (using our specially equipped vehicles to ensure your safety)
- For the in-car lessons, free pick up and drop off service is available in Windsor!
You can obtain your G2 license up to 4 months sooner when graduating from our training course.
The course can pay for itself with your potential savings over time!!! This is because the Driver’s Licence History provides proof of successful completion of and graduation from a BDE course and is widely recognized by the insurance industry as proof of course completion. BDE Graduates with a Driver’s Licence History may be eligible for an insurance discounts.
Cost: $464.99+HST**
**a minimum of half the total amount is to be paid any day before the first in-class lesson. The second half is to be paid before the first in-car lesson.
Note that in-car appointments might take about 6 weeks following the in-class portion to begin. Please keep that in mind if that time is not appropriate for you. We know students are eager to start in-car lessons as soon as possible, but due to the number of students and some special circumstances (example: students who have scheduled driving tests) we have to set a realistic expectation to our students upfront. We do our best to accommodate students as best as we can.
