Requirement Agreement 

The following requirements must be met if you are selected as a private training client:  

- Evidence of weekly work: You will submit at minimum 3 videos for feedback to your private discord channel weekly.
 
- You will complete all homework assignments within the week they are assigned (will be no greater than 3 per week).

- You will attend at least one live event per month.

- You will respond to check in messages within 48 hours.

- You will update your trainer if you are sick and will miss classes or require accommodations.

By typing your name below you understand that these requirements must be met monthly in order to retain your status as a private client.

If you do not meet these requirements, you will be warned once via email and in your discord chat and given one week (7 days) to make up the missed work.

Second offense removes you from private training program with no refund. You will be notified via email and your private channel will be archived.

If you are removed from the program, you may reapply at a better time for you. However, there is no guarantee space will be open.

General Agreement 

You agree to the following if you are selected as a private training client:  

- You will not work with any outside trainers for the duration of your private training in order to prevent confusion for yourself and your dog.

- If you are interested in working with a different trainer in person, you will discuss this with your Delta Tails trainer to make sure that your progress is not hindered.

- If you are a service dog client, you will not work your dog in non pet friendly locations without the express permission of your Delta Tails Trainer.

- If you are more than 5 minutes late to any meeting, your meeting will be canceled and not rescheduled. You will not receive a refund for any missed meetings.

- If you require a meeting to be rescheduled you will do so at minimum 24 hours before your meeting time.

- If you miss more than 3 meetings in one month, you will be released from the program with no refund.

Please do not purposefully trigger your dog. If you are dealing with behavior problems, upload past videos you have already taken or show us your current progress under threshold. For example, if you have a reactive dog, you could show them able to stay calm and relaxed around a stranger 100 feet away (instead of provoking a reaction for video purposes). 

These videos will help us put you in the correct program, see your improvement over time, and guide our initial recommendations.

These will also be amazing to look back on after your training program with us to show how much you have improved.

The investment for private training is $499 per month. For separation anxiety clients, this cost is higher ($699) due to the increase in time needed for assessments. You may cancel at any time. This cost includes weekly zoom calls lasting 20 minutes for you alone with one of our professional trainers OR once weekly voxer days (casual time from 10 AM to 4 PM on Voxer). This cost also includes daily check ins via discord as well as daily assignments and video feedback. Discord channels are not checked or responded to on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
