Wisconsin/Nicaragua Partners is a nonprofit organization that works to provide community and social development projects as well as humanitarian relief through a wide variety of ways, mainly through people to people connections.

The “We Went the Distance” Bike/Hike is an event to:
1. Raise awareness about Wisconsin/Nicaragua Partners of the Americas, Inc. (W/NP)
2. Offer an exciting volunteer experience
3. Help us get outside and keep moving forward!

At the end, approximate miles traveled by all the participants will be tallied up to reach our mileage goal of 2,350 miles, the distance between Wisconsin and Nicaragua. The event is designed with options of organized walks or simply at your own convenience during the months of October.
