Participating and engaging in any activity of Gateway Arch Park Foundation (GAPF) and B3 Studios, LLC (dba Barre3) and its licensees, joint ventures and affiliates (“Barre3”), involves the risk of injury to you or your guest, whether you or someone else causes it.  Specific risks vary from one activity to another, and the risks range from minor injuries to major injuries, including death.  In consideration for being allowed to participate in this event, you assume the risk of barre practice and release your Barre3 instructor and Gateway Arch Park Foundation (GAPF) and its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any liability claim resulting from taking part in any live, written or recorded Barre3 instruction.  You expressly assume the risk of injury and damages and will indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties as to any claims for injury and damage.

Photographic Release: You grant and convey to GAPF and Barre3 all rights, title, and interests in all photographs, images, video, or audio recordings of You or Your likeness or voice made by GAPF and Barre3 in connection with GAPF and BARRE3 production(s) in any manner or form and for any lawful purpose at any time

I further acknowledge and agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless BARRE3 and any of their associated companies who use the photograph(s) and recordings from any and all claims whatsoever arising out of, related to or based on the photograph(s) and recordings described herein.
