Starting June 22nd JeffCo Public Schools is beginning to allow in person athletic contact for 9th - 12th grade students. This survey is intended to gauge the level of interest and attitudes towards activity during this summer season at Addenbrooke. Due to campus construction, we will be limited in only being able to access the school facility from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday. Please indicate below if there are days or times within those limits that do NOT work for you due to work or other commitments this summer.
