Performance: Thursday July 24th 5:30 PM student arrival, 6:00 PM Outdoor Performances (Weather permitting- if not, we'll adjust to an indoor location) followed by a reception. Family and friends invited to attend. No ticket required. Student brings bag lunch to camp.

This class fills up fast. Students continually tell us they "still have their fairy garden" displayed. If your child likes "mini things", this is their week.

Love adorable animals? We'll have wonderful animal visitors throughout the week, and incredible art projects that are animal themed. A favorite for many students.

FULL DAY ART AND THEATER PROGRAM: THE WIZARD OF OZ
Ages 8-15 years old:
August 11-15 FULL DAY ART AND THEATER PROGRAM: Calling student artists, actors, and techies!
The day will be broken into three parts:
1) Theater (working on a production together- students chose if they want/don't want lines, techie, etc)
2) Art projects (instructor directed)
3) Tinker Time (student directed- given loads of materials and free choice)
Mon-Thurs 9:00-2:00 pm
Friday 2:00 pm -7:30 pm (With performance and art show from 6:00 pm- 7:30 pm)
A highlight of their summer, your student will do incredible art projects, design the set of our production, and put on a performance for friends and family. Your student may choose to do tech and stage design or have an acting role in our play. All students will participate in the art project making.
$395 for full day (includes t-shirt- all tickets free to final production and show on Friday pm).
Price increase to $430 after April 20th
Art Barn director Kelly Johnson has had 23 years of classroom teaching both elementary and middle school. She has directed plays such as Fiddler on the Roof, Peter Pan, and The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. The staff at the Northfield Art Barn adore all things theater and art.
