ART BARN SUMMER REGISTRATION: ART AND THEATER CAMPS 2025
We are thrilled to offer 4 weeks of camp this summer! Please fill out a separate registration for each child.
 
The Art Barn is expanding to Art Camps AND Theater Camps! We are so excited!
Does your child love making art and/or theater? Are they constantly making treasures and art pieces and/or putting on plays? Then you have found just the right camp(s)  for them! 

Dates/Camp Options: Class Sizes Limited: If the course your child wants is filled, please let us know and we will place them on a waiting list.

THEATER CAMP: SLEEPING BEAUTY the Musical: Roles for ALL kids, all genders
Entering 1st-6th Grade: For students who enjoy theater. All students who want lines, will have lines. Low key and fun. Students can indicate if they want lines, no lines, or want to do tech.
July 21-24 Theater Camp (Mon-Thurs 10:00 am- 2:00 pm) entering 1st-6th grade 
Performance: Thursday July 24th 5:30 PM  student arrival, 6:00 PM Outdoor Performances (Weather permitting- if not, we'll adjust to an indoor location) followed by a reception. Family and friends invited to attend. No ticket required. Student brings bag lunch to camp. 
$179 (includes t-shirt)

ART CAMP: FAIRY GARDENS AND MINI WORLDS:
July 28-July 31 AM session: Imagination Village: Fairy Gardens and Mini-Worlds (Mon-Thurs. 9:00-11:00 am)  1st-6th grade
July  28-July 31 PM session: Imagination Village: Fairy Gardens and Mini-Worlds (Mon.-Thurs. 12:00- 2:00 pm) 1st-6th grade
This class fills up fast. Students continually tell us they "still have their fairy garden" displayed. If your child likes "mini things", this is their week.
$179 (includes all art supplies and t-shirt)

ART CAMP: LOVEABLE PETS:
August 4-7 Lovable Pets (Mon-Thurs 9:00-11:00 am) 1st-6th grade THIS MORNING SESSION IS FILLED
August 4-7 Lovable Pets (Mon-Thurs 12:00-2:00 pm) 1st-6th grade
Love adorable animals? We'll have wonderful animal visitors throughout the week, and incredible art projects that are animal themed. A favorite for many students. 
$179 (includes all art supplies and t-shirt)

FULL DAY ART AND THEATER PROGRAM: THE WIZARD OF OZ
Ages 8-15 years old: 
August 11-15 FULL DAY ART AND THEATER PROGRAM: Calling student artists, actors, and techies! 
The day will be broken into three parts: 
1) Theater (working on a production together- students chose if they want/don't want lines, techie, etc)
2) Art projects (instructor directed) 
3) Tinker Time (student directed- given loads of materials and free choice)
Mon-Thurs 9:00-2:00 pm
Friday 2:00 pm -7:30 pm (With performance and art show from 6:00 pm- 7:30 pm)
A highlight of their summer, your student will do incredible art projects, design the set of our production, and put on a performance for friends and family. Your student may choose to do tech and stage design or have an acting role in our play. All students will participate in the art project making.
$395 for full day (includes t-shirt- all tickets free to final production and show on Friday pm).
Price increase to $430 after April 20th

Art Barn director Kelly Johnson has had 23 years of classroom teaching both elementary and middle school. She has directed plays such as Fiddler on the Roof, Peter Pan, and The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. The staff at the Northfield Art Barn adore all things theater and art. Scholarship Information
Cancellations and Refunds (only b/c we have to with art supply purchasing and staff hiring based on numbers) 

On our opening registration weekend...  every penny will be refunded if you notify us or cancel your registration before the end of the day March 14th.

Up until April 30th...  refunds will be made after March 14th with a $35 processing fee.

After April 30th...  refunds will only be made with a $60 processing fee and only if we can fill your spot from a waitlist. Otherwise refunds are not available.

After May 30th... refunds will only be made with a $100 processing fee and if we can fill your spot from a waitlist. Otherwise refunds are not available.

No refunds will be made 14 days prior to the start of your child's week of camp as we will have already hired our staff and have all supply's prepared.
