Institute of Chronobiology Education & Research is publishing a monthly newsletter since Sept 2018. The purpose was to provide insights about the less known subject of Chronobiology to scientific community as well as to the general population. As the subject is relevant like never before in our 24x7 urban lifestyle, we tried to compile topics keeping in mind all age groups and professions.

As on today the newsletter is published only as soft copy and circulated to around 250 subscribers. Many faculty  members and students too contribute regularly in the newsletter. Over the time we did minor changes and increased few topics at the completion of one year. Now the newsletter has 12 headings including the editorial.

From beginning of third year, I wish the newsletter should have a editorial board and we should at least print few hard copies for academic institutions. The format may also be revised. Hence for next three months (May 22 - August 22, 2020), this link will be available for your input.
