CLASS INFORMATION

Contractor proposes and agrees to teach the following class:

Art After School 2023 Winter-Spring Term
STUDIO ART

This is a studio art class that will allow children ages 6 and up to explore painting with acrylics, drawing with a variety of pens, pencils and charcoal. This class will focus on the process of art making and developing one's own creative goals.

BCE: Tuesdays, Thursdays 2:45/3:00 - 4:30 pm, grades 1-5
SLVE: Tuesdays 2:10 - 3:30 pm, grades 1-3

Tuition is $234 per 6-week session, no additional materials fees will be collected from participants.
Tuition checks must be written to: SANTA CRUZ MOUNTAINS ART CENTER / SCMAC.
Class dates are proposed by Youth Education Director and approved by SLVUSD representative.
Art After School on Campus sessions meet once per week for 6 weeks.
20 students maximum per session.
Session will be canceled if enrollment is fewer than 5.
For all classes, a Teaching Assistant will be employed by SCMAC.

AGREEMENTS

Pay Rate *

the Art Center agrees to pay the Teaching Assistant CONTRACTOR per 6-week session:

$25/hour per 2-hour class per week, per 6-week session

It is further acknowledged by the CONTRACTOR that the Art Center and its officers, members, employees and agents, accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage to teacher's person, equipment or art work.
