Calling all Ladies to the next R&R Event:

Are you looking for an opportunity to get outdoors and do something different? Then you cannot miss this event on Sunday, January 16th from 12-4!
Free childcare available with sign up.

We will begin our afternoon out with a picnic lunch on the beach followed by the Treasure Island Kite Festival.
Spectators come be amazed by the talented kite flyers performing to music at this two-day event. This event includes kite flying of all types, ground displays, bubbles and tons of fun for all ages. Quad Line and Dual Line lessons will be available on the beach allowing passersby a chance to learn how to fly stunt kites for FREE.

Come dressed in your swimsuit and a cover up and wear flip flops or water shoes. Bring a pack lunch and a beach chair. Drinks and beach blankets will be provided.

We will be packing up the church van, leaving the church at  12pm and driving over to the beach. There we will  walk onto the beach, setup our picnics, enjoy each other's company and enjoy lunch. Misc. drinks will be provided.

Around 2pm we will head over to the Kite Festival (right behind the Thunderbird).

Around 3:30pm we will board the church van and head back to the church parking lot to end our afternoon out together.

Here's what you'll need to bring:
-2 Towels (one for the seat on the van and one to dry yourself off), a swimsuit and flip flops/water shoes
-Picnic lunch
-Beach chairs if you so choose
