MAEA membership is ENCOURAGED for all presenters and co-presenters. Before adding a co-presenter, please verify with them that they wish to be added to your session. Presenters of accepted sessions will receive a 100% discounted registration rate to attend the conference. Please note, presenters and co-presenters may not be added or changed once presentations have been submitted.
 
By submitting this proposal, I agree:
* To present the session information as provided on this submittal form and to adhere to all presenter policies.
* If I am unable to attend and/or present my scheduled session and I do not notify MAEA, then I acknowledge that I will not be allowed to present at the following year's conference.
* I represent that: I am the exclusive creator of all of the works, materials, and content presented by me and the works, materials, and content are original; and/or I have licensed the right to present the works, materials, and content presented by me which I did not create or which are not original; the works, materials, and content presented by me do not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, patent, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity;
* My presentation will not defame, slander, or libel any person, firm, or corporation;
* My presentation will be professional and shall not denigrate MAEA, its programs, or representatives in any manner;
* I will defend and hold harmless MAEA, its officers, and agents against claims of copyright, trademark, patent or intellectual property rights infringement, and against other claims made by third parties as a result of my presentation; and
* I grant to MAEA permission to photograph or videotape my presentation at the MAEA conference; and I grant to MAEA a limited, non-exclusive license to use and reproduce such photographs or videos on its website, in its publications, and in any media presentations about the MAEA conference. I consent to MAEA editing my presentation for its use on its website, in its publications, mobile app, and other media presentations about the MAEA conference.

Attendees of the MAEA conference have an expectation that program sessions provide quality professional development and are relevant to art educators and MAEA members. Sessions are not to be commercial in nature, no matter how subtle.
