Thank you for your interest in having Chevalier's sell books at your event.
*Please read ALL of this information before submitting*
- Our event coordinator considers every form submission and will respond if we can accommodate your event. We will reach out directly if we are able to provide books and a bookseller for your event. If you haven't heard from us within a month of your submission, please assume we cannot work with you this time around.
- Chevalier’s typically books offsite events 2 months out and no less than 4 weeks before your event will occur in order to align bookseller schedules and ensure we can order books in time.
- We default to ordering one book per two people on your invite list. If you want us to order more than this, you may be charged to reimburse us for shipping costs to return leftover books.
- We submit event book orders 2 weeks ahead of the scheduled event. In order to get the most accurate number of books to order, we encourage you to tell your invitees to RSVP as soon as possible. We cannot rush-ship books to accommodate RSVP’s that come in after this 2 week period.
- We cannot order/sell books for authors who have self-published or whose books are unavailable to order through our main distributor, Ingram.
